Certified Hygienic Bearing Housing
Our bearing houses are certified by EHEDG, 3-A and USDA standards. At the same time, our bearing houses are IP69K-certified. The product group consists of five different types of bearing houses fitted with ceramic or as standard stainless-steel bearings. The bearing housings are designed according to ISO3228_2013 and fit insert bearings that meet ISO9628_2006. This also applies to outside dimensions and it is, therefore, a perfect hygienic substitution for an unhygienic solution. Our bearing housings are USDA and IP69K-certified.
In choosing bearing housings from NGI optimized with ceramic spherical ball bearings, you will be able to reach optimal quality, robustness and stability. The bearing housings are lubrication free, which minimizes maintenance and the need for grease, thereby, minimizing the risk of contaminating the product.

Anti-static solution - XB series
Static electricity is created by moving, sliding, or rotating parts.
This is typically generated through motors, belts, stirring guides sliding against belts, sprockets and rollers. The choice of materials and design is crucial to how big a problem static electricity is on a machine or on any equipment in a production.
NGI has therefore developed a solution for those of our customers who use our hygienic composite bearing housing, but also need to discharge electricity through shaft, bearing, housing and frame.
